FAQ & Troubleshooting
Withdrawing tolls
Where your earned tolls go, and why you can't move them out yet.
What is the current state of toll withdrawals?
Tolls people pay to reach you accrue to your on-chain account balance. You can see that balance grow. You cannot withdraw it from the app yet — the user-facing withdrawal flow isn't built.
This is a known limitation, not a bug. Earned tolls are safe and visible in Settings → Balance and in your analytics; moving them out is a planned feature that isn't live for users yet. No need to report "I can't find Withdraw" — there's nothing to find right now.
What you can do today
- See your balance on Settings → Balance.
- See earned vs. spent, traffic history, and money flow in your analytics.
- Keep receiving tolls — they keep accruing to your account; nothing is lost.
What's not available yet
- A Withdraw button / flow to move your balance out of the app.
- Self-serve refunds for a mistakenly sent toll — refunds are handled manually for now, so contact the team if you sent a toll in error.
Common confusion
- "My Sui wallet shows zero." Expected. Your MailGate balance lives in your on-chain account object, not your wallet's coin balance. Look at Settings → Balance, not your wallet.
- "A toll I received isn't showing." Card payments take a few seconds (sometimes longer under load) to reconcile. If it's been well over a minute, that's worth reporting.
